Butchery master class from our very own executive chef Tony Moyse.
Tony will be butchering rare breed mutton to show you what under rated meat this is
You will then get to taste the cuts along with a tutored Tasting of some great Spanish reds.
All this will be for £45 per person, spaces are limited, so book early to save disappointment.
