London Living with an Alternative Twist!

A Jack the Ripper Ghost Tour of East London

As you may or may not know, Jack the Ripper is my most favourite man in history, closely followed by Henry the Eighth, so when I heard that Lantern Ghost Tours have announced their new Jack the Ripper Ghost Tour I was pretty damn excited, this also makes them the only ghost tour covering the Whitechapel Murders.

The hour and a half tour will visit the murder sites 127 years to the day of each victim’s death and for the first time, talk about the spirits that linger. Guests will learn of the eighteen murders linked to the Ripper, from ‘Fairy Fay’ who was butchered on Boxing Day, 1887, while taking a short cut home from the Mitre pub, to the last victim, Carrie Brown, who was slain on the 24th April, 1891.  New suspects will also be investigated including Amelia Dyer the worst serial killer in history.

The inaugural ghost tour will take place on the 7th August, 2015, one hundred and twenty seven years to the day of the violent killing of Martha Tabram at George Yard Buildings and of course  shall be there, and if you want to be there too it’s easy:
