London Living with an Alternative Twist!

Starting a Scrapbook

As you will all know, I’m a sucker for a photograph and I still print photos at least twice a year so when the lovely team at Pen Heaven offered me a photo album I was like ‘Yes please, you delightful bunch!’ and this is what arrived…

I love anything with my name on also but I don’t actually have much with Squibb Vicious on so this made a very welcome change. I was thinking about getting a darker blue colour to match my blog theme but I was so drawn to this turquoise one that I had to get it. There were options of embossing colours but I felt the silver went best with the bright turquoise.

I then headed off to my local shop to buy some Sharpies so I could get a little creative. Ok, so I’m not very creative at all… I try to be…

That’s what I have so far; the book itself has 50 pages so I’ve saved some for the plans we have for the rest of the year, and I have some more photos on order for the past month. I’ve also ordered a few cute stickers and crafty bits to stick in to make it as pretty on the inside as it is on the outside!

I have a tonne of frames with photos in around the flat that are obviously on show, but I think it’s really nice to have a more private collection of your favourite memories.

Is it bad that I’ve been eyeing up this beaut for later on in life; maybe with a nice date and new surname embossed!
