London, Food and Travel with an Alternative Twist!

With Halloween being just a mere week away, I thought I’d share with you an awesome spooky cocktail that we had over the weekend. For us, Halloween is the best time of year, it means autumn is here and winter is just around the corner; we’re such winter babies!

The cocktail is made up from just four ingredients, and is a great party piece or could be used as a night cap as Mike pointed out. Also, how great are the tumblers my mum got us!

These amounts make enough for 10 to share so mix it up in a punch bowl and have it at your Halloween party!

– 450ml Baileys Pumpkin Spice Irish Cream Liqueur
– 450ml milk
– 125ml Bourbon or Whiskey
– vanilla extract to taste

Combine all the ingredients in a punch bowl. Make sugar rims on the glasses with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Serve punch over ice.

Serve punch over ice or whiskey stones.

Simple isn’t it! If you really want to spook it up make sugar rims on the glasses with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

I did end up actually drinking some of the Pumpkin Spice Baileys on it’s own as it was so good!  I know I’m going to be adding it to my coffee for a Pumpkin Spiced Latte too!

This drink also screams winter so we will be stocking up for Christmas cocktails too, but for the time being check out 31 Dover’s other Halloween Cocktails ideas and to browse their Halloween Drinks Cabinet!
