Winter Snuggling *

When all of the festivities are over, and it’s time to chill out, you need somewhere good to snuggle up on in your onesie and watch films. For me this means a good sofa, and I’ve been looking at sofa website for so long now. I really want a corner sofa but I’m not sure how it would fit into our living room.

But, alas, I still keep looking and sending them to Mike in the hope we decide to get one!

Here are the most recent fabric corner sofas from Fishpools I’ve sent over to him…

I love the shape of this beaut! I’d team it with a few teal cushions to match the rest of the room but in reality it’s a little too big for our space but just look at it!

This would be more if the right size for our flat, and I’m a big fan of the darker grey fabric.

I’ve decided that I’m not going to be opting for a leather a sofa again as I don’t find them as comfy as the fabric ones! I will just have to be super careful that I don’t spill anything on them like I have the cushions at home; I’m just so clumsy!

Fishpools came about in 1899 when Ernest Fishpool borrowed £85 to set up his first shop. Today, decades and many changes later, the store is still based in Waltham Cross and is now the largest quality furniture store in the south east of England! The managing director is the fourth generation of the Fishpool family to run the business so they really do keep it in the family which I really like.

In 2009 was Fishpools 110th anniversary and saw a major refurbishment to the majority of the furniture departments. Now complete, the largest quality furniture store in the South-East features over 200 room sets showcasing over 200 styles of sofa, 150 ranges of dining tables and chairs, 100 beds and over 75 ranges of bedroom furniture; and if that’s not enough they have thousands of rugs, curtains, mirrors, cookware products and gifts.

But just don’t take me there, I’ll end up spending a fortune as I’ve found so many other items I want on the website!
