I have compiled a list of my favourite things I did whilst in Paris recently for you to maybe incorporate into your next trip as a few of these are a little special! All these photographs are my own!
Stay at Hotel De La Tremoille on Rue De La Tremoille which is an exquisite 5 star hotel with the biggest bed you will ever sleep in!
Whilst you’re tucked up in your cosy bed, make sure you order breakfast in bed. You won’t even be disturbed by room service if you want to be swanning around in your dressing gown as I enjoyed, there is a shelf in your closest that your food will magically appear on!
Take a trip to the Musee D’Orsay and take in the Eiffel Tower on your travels.
Once at the Musee D’Orsay take a guided tour with Context Travel, and ensure you make the most out of your visit.
Take lunch at Le Restaurant inside the Musee D’Orsay, but be prepared to queue, it’s worth it!
Take a walk along the Ponts des Arts, and leave your own lovers padlock.
If you’re lucky enough to be there in the sunshine as I was, have a picnic on the Jardin des Tuileries by the Louvre.
Visit Notre Dame de Paris, and if you can, take the river tour that goes along side it to!
And lastly, dine at Les 110 de Taillevent. The perfect way to end your stay with food to die for, and even better wines!
