A friend and I headed over to the Bridgewood Manor hotel in Kent for a nice chilled out spa day on Sunday.
We were both really disappointed with our day, so we were only there for about an hour before making the 45 minute journey home! Admittedly we did get a voucher from Living Social so we shouldn’t have expected much!
All we got was a swimming pool that was pretty cold, a steam room and a sauna. I wouldn’t class this as a spa! We tried to book treatments a week before to be told it was fully booked, and when we got there all treatment rooms were empty, and the staff were just wandering.
The best bit of the day was the plate of pastries we got with our voucher, although we didn’t get them with our drinks, and had to chase for them! The bar where we had our lunch was filled with wedding guests, and children darting around and rolling around the floor.
Not somewhere I’d be returning!
