I’m not one for showing off what I bake as it’s usually terrible; I’m a pro at burning and even better at making them look worse with my icing skills, but I’m rather proud of these ones! You may guess from the themes that I made these Valentine’s week!
My first batch were heart shaped cookies for my partner in crime, yes I’m that cute!
I used a Betty Crocker cookie mix as I’m not adventurous enough to make my own from scratch and I was really pleased with how they came out!
They even tasted good too!
My second batch of delights came in the form of Creme Egg Brownies. I had seen a lot of recipes for these on Pinterest and decided to make up my own that was far easier!
Cue another Betty Crocker ready made mix for Brownies!
I baked for half of the recommended time on the box then sunk in Creme Eggs that I had cut in half into the mixture and carried on baking. The smell was amazing!
My presentation was a little off but once the were on a plate in little squares they looked great! They tasted phenomenal too!
I may take up easy baking more often!
OMG the creme egg brownies look delish! What a good idea 🙂 cookies are quite hard to get right too so well done! yummmmm. xx
Easy baking is the best baking. It’s all about less work and more taste 🙂
