I am such an Old El Paso fan girl, I mean fajita night isn’t fajita night if it isn’t Old El Paso so when I was asked to work with them I jumped at the chance.
You may have seen the new soft shell tacos advertised on television and I gave these a go! I only photographed the first batch I made as I couldn’t wait to eat the rest and my dinning partner wasn’t overly happy that I kept stopping when we were both super hungry!
The first flavour we tried was the smoky BBQ and this turned out to be my favourite too! The other flavours we had were garlic & paprika and extra mild super tasty.
These are really great for quick and easy, yet tasty dinners after work. After along day I’m really not in the mood to stand in front of the oven for ages, I want to eat and have some time to chill out. These allow just that!
I tend to use Quorn with meals like this too so it makes it a rather healthy treat! I simply fry up my choice of Quorn, some red onions and peppers the the meal it pretty much done! Yes it’s that quick and easy.
The flavours are always so good and since making these we have been back and bought more as we couldn’t get enough!
