As a bid to get fitter I have changed my diet up and drinking smoothies is part of that so I thought why not share a few of my favourite ones with you…
Need to cool down after a tough workout? Then this Orange Dream Smoothie is for you.
SERVINGS: 1
1 navel orange, peeled
¼ cup of fat-free yogurt
2 Tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
4 ice cubes
Stay full up for longer with this Strawberry-Kiwi Smoothie. It’s a high-fiber recipe with oodles vitamin C.

1¼ c cold apple juice
1 ripe banana, sliced
1 kiwifruit, sliced
5 frozen strawberries
1½ tsp honey
