Dinner in Oxford OOTD

As you all know I’m not really one for an outfit of the day post as I get very self-conscious of full-length photos, but I really loved this outfit sent to me by JD Williams so here it is!

I wanted to make sure I had an awesome backdrop to show off my new outfit and I think the Oxford University did a grand job! This was the entrance opposite our hotel and there were lots of people throughout our stay posing outside!

Right, onto the outfit…

The dress is a Black Lace Insert Swing Dress, and I’ve put a little leopard print belt around the waist to bring it in as my figure isn’t quite right for leaving it hanging. I look a bit like I’m wearing a tent so I tailor them to suit me.

I teamed the dress with some awesome boots; the Sole Diva Ankle Boots with Cut Outs also from the JD Williams website. I don’t actually own a nice pair of boots so these will certainly see me through winter with black skinnies and shirts and into the evening with dresses and skirts. I do love a versatile pair of shoes!

The final part of my outfit was my WOW mini suitcase from Accessorize last year. It’s just the right size for your phone, camera and wallet and I love how it adds a little colour pop to the outfit too.

You can have this glorious outtake of myself and my bag too…

Nice!

I love my outfit and the boots were really comfy, I walked for about 45 mins in them and my feet were more than happy!
