For the partner in crime’s Christmas present I booked us a 2 day ticket to Longleat Safari Park and a hotel for over Valentines weekend to give us something to look forward to!
We had such an amazing time, seriously if you’ve not been to Longleat you need to go! I got mega snap happy with my epic new camera lens so I’m going to share just a few!
Ok, just a couple more won’t hurt…
We had the most fantastic two but I’d say there were two big highlights for me; the penguin walk through where the penguins nibble your laces and they even tried to pinch my camera!
And the monkeys in the safari! They were so funny, well the partner in crime didn’t think o when they stole the too rubber strips from the room of his car. But they were great entertainment when they were on other peoples cars!
Food was a little pricey in the park so we took a packed lunch the first day and treated ourselves the second, but all in all we had a fantastic time and I can’t wait to return!

Longleat is great fun – I went to school in the next town and we seemed to visit Longleat almost every year as a sort of end-of-school-year thing. The last time we went, when I was in Year 11, my drama teacher took the school minibus and made the mistake of going round the monkey enclosure. They ended up having to buy a new minibus! 🙂 x
I love zoo pictures!! Longleat is somewhere that I would love to go, I have seen it on TV plenty of times!
