It may only be Monday but I’m already thinking about weekend, is that bad?! I’ve got my eye on this little cocktail recipe to perk up my Saturday!
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 Zespri® SunGold Kiwifruit, peeled, chopped
• 3 oz vodka
• 2 oz lychee syrup*
• 4 oz ginger ale
METHOD:
1. Muddle kiwifruit, vodka, lychee syrup and ice in cocktail shaker. Shake all ingredients, add ginger ale and strain into two ice-filled Collins glasses.
2. Garnish with SunGold kiwifruit and lychee if desired.
3. For mocktail, substitute 3 ounces extra ginger ale for alcohol.
*Look for canned lychees packed in lychee syrup in the Asian section of your grocery store.
