I’ve began starting my diet out in order to shift some weight, I’m 5lbs down but still have a good 20lbs or so to go still; I eat salads, no carbs after lunch and lots of protein. Where I slack in snacking, I can’t help myself when it comes to crisps or the odd naughty piece of chocolate, so I’ve decided to pick three really good snacks with the help of Go To Meeting and this handy infographic.
