Brunch is slowly taking over the world, no joke, it’s everywhere, seriously every cool place in London is serving brunch, so what’s next?!
The team at EatFirst have nailed what the brunch market was missing… Brunch delivered right to your door!
But before I share photos of this delivery brunch, I’m going to tell you the awesome concept being EatFirst as it’s not just another courier service.
You simply order your lunch and dinner for same-day delivery, by 2pm for lunch and 8pm for dinner. Or anytime for the rest of the week as you can order in advance. then head Chef Benn Hodges and his team of talented chefs who come from top restaurants freshly prepare each dish every day ready to be delivered in the correct time slot. Naturally, quality is very important so they source the freshest ingredients from top local suppliers. Their meals are designed perfectly for delivery and delivered chilled to keep the nutrients and great taste so you then heat and enjoy the restaurant experience wherever you are. None of the awful lukewarm food delivery disasters here!
So, on Thursday, I head over to The Vinyl Lounge to put some of their new dishes through their paces.
The first dish we tried was spinach, eggs, glass noodles, spring onions with salmon. Who know salmon & spinach went together so well!
My favourite little platter of the evening was the antipasto style dish with spec, parma harm, salami and the more awesome scotch eggs I have ever tasted!
Sadly EatFirst doesn’t quite stretch out to our zone 6 to have my brunch delivered but I have planned to grab a lunch from them, as I’m based in zone 1, this week to see how great their food is after surviving a delivery!
My plus one had his brunch delivered over the weekend and really enjoyed it so top marks there team!
