Making Fools of Ourselves at The Only Fools and Horses Cushty Dining Experience *

If you’re an Only Fools and Horses fan than you’d be a right Plonker to miss out on this very cushty immersive dining experience. This hands-on experience transports you to the very famous Nags Head Pub where you’re able to meet the people of Peckham in a night of wheeling, dealing and eating. I mean, what else would you expect with Del Boy and Rodders involved!

The adventure starts from the moment you join the Trotters and their friends for a knees-up n the market place before moving into The Nag’s Head to join in their famous pub quiz. Although it’s not all as it may seem, there’s an ulterior motive to Del Boy being your host; he’s trying to drum up some cash and make a cheeky saving on the side due to a not so pleasant meeting with a local copper!

Our evening was filled with laugh after laugh and trying our hardest to win the quiz. I’m not one to take not winning lightly!

The Characters

Each of the characters were spot on, especially Del Boy. He won us over immediately with trying to flog some dodgy watches before the quiz kicked off. Not once did any of the characters lose their mannerisms, accents or gimmicks that we have grown to know and love from the TV Show. It really was like being in the same room as David Jason and Nicholas Lyndhurst.

For our three course meal, we had tomato soup and bread delivered by Trigger as the starter, chicken kiev, chips and peas for main course and a very messy Eton Mess to finish up on. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food as I wasn’t sure I should trust Rodney in the kitchen to knock up anything half decent! The chicken kiev was a rather large and we left feeling full! Good work Rodney!

Tickets

Tickets are priced at £49 each. Tickets include the show and your three courses meal. Drinks are purchased separately from the bar before the show and during the main course.

Their London run comes to a close on Dec 15th but they are always touring so be sure to check out if they will be coming to a venue near you. We highly recommend if you’re looking for a laugh a minute night out, great character work and the chance to win a pub quiz!
