ℹ️ Spending 12 months in neutral French oak, gives this wine a beautifully rounded mouthfeel. On the nose, I picked up rich aromas of tobacco, smoked wood, raisins, and blackberries. The palate is wonderfully fresh and quaffable, with earthy undertones and bright acidity, thanks to the unique llicorella slate soils where the vines thrive.

ℹ️ Aged for 5 months in barrels, it shows off its bold character with a deep, rich colour and powerful aromas of ripe fruit intertwined with subtle, elegant oak. On the palate, it’s concentrated and beautifully structured, offering layers of mineral-rich stewed red fruits, a touch of liquorice, with warming spices.

ℹ️ Aged for 12 months in French oak, it pours a beautiful deep ruby with a subtle purple hue. On the nose, I picked up intriguing notes of liquorice, and red fruits. The palate is bold and full-bodied, with a smooth, well-rounded feel. Flavours of black fruit, oak spice, and rich figs really shine through making this my favourite of the four!
