The Bulls Head, Alton.

A short drive away from our B&B in Alton we found The Bulls Head Inn, and we loved it!  We were craving a proper home cooked meal and that is certainly what we got.

I opted for the special of steak and ale pic with chips and gravy, which was amazing! I cleared my plate and it made me realise I need chips and gravy more often!

Tom opted for the cheese and bacon burger, of course, which he loved!

And for desert, despite having very little room left, I had the chocolate fudge cake smothered in custard!

How I wish there were pubs like this closer to home!!  If I return to the area I know where I’m eating!
