A few weeks back, Penny, Sian and I headed into London for a big night out, and here’s how it went…
The night began after I had finished work at half 9 and sped over, once my Uber had found me, to clink78 to meet the ladies. Clink78 is set in a two-hundred year old courthouse in the vibrant area of King’s Cross andmixes elegant Victorian architecture with unique and colourful interior design. With space for over 500 guests and an on-site basement bar, Clink78 is a real social hub and a great place to meet travellers.
I have to say, for a hostel, Clink78 exceeded all of my expectations! The loos were clean, the room was spotless and the bed super comfy! I’d highly recommend this for a very reasonably priced trip to London; they have various room types included converted prison cells! We were lucky enough to have a bunk bed with a double bed bottom so we all shared! Lucky Sian getting to be my snuggle buddy!
At half 10 we bundled into a taxi to take us to dstrkt for a sintillate night courtesy of Vagabond London.
This was by far the poshest club I’d ever been to, I was slightly mesmerised by the ceiling!
We danced all night until half 1, when we made a pit stop to the kebab shop for more dancing and chicken wraps before bed time!
Such a great night was had by all… thank you to all of those that made is possible!
