Over the weekend we celebrated Dads 60th with a trip to Whitstable in a lovely little AirBnB and I thought I’d share with you what we got up to as there was a hell of a lot of good food!
This is where we stayed… an old fishermans cottage with two full size bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room in the centre of Whiststable.
After unpacking we went on a walk into town and it was so photogenic…
We then stopped in a pretty little pub with an open fire for cocktails…
For dinner I made a range of tapas dishes whilst we chilled at home.
On Saturday we got up and went shopping and had am amazing lunch in a palces called The Oxford.
We shopped the day away until it was time for dinner at Whiststable Oyster Co and it was incredible…
On Sunday we had a lazy breakfast and walk along the beach…
Before heading home we had some lunch, I had the most amazing Beef Roast Dinner in Samphire…
And dad opted for the Gyspy Eggs…
We had such a lovely weekend eating, of course, and spending time together as it’s not something we get to do as often as we would like to!
