Yet another adapted Tesco recipe for you. This one is a play on two of my favourite things, tuna mayonnaise and a burger! I made this for a friend recently, and she said that it was one of the best homemade meals she’d had in a while and has gone on to make them at home herself, so I think that speaks volumes. Either that, or she doesn’t eat great home-cooked food usually; I’m sticking with the first option!

This ones serves 2 people, with a little tuna mix leftover for you to pop on a jacket potato or into a sandwich the next day for lunch!
I also tend to serve this with a side of vegetables, my absoulte go tos are broccoli and brussel sprouts, but just pair with whatever you fancy! In the summer months, a side salad could work too; I’m thinking a Greek Salad with a little hint of feta (cheese is life!) could go down a treat!
I also think that most tinned fish, like salmon, could also work well with this burger, but I’m yet to branch out!
