Now we have made it into December, I’m gonna have to suck it up and deal with the fact that everyone is going Christmas crazy and go with it. I’m not one to do gift guides but after hunting around for some great Secret Santa ideas as I’m part of 3 of them this year I thought I’d share with you a few bits in different price ranges that I found…
For Make-Up Lovers – £12.00
When it comes to make-up I’m a little useless but I don’t think you can go wrong with picking up some eyeshadows as Christmas is the time for glamming up and trying new things! I’ve found that Lord & Berry have some great colours with Wizdom being my favourite at the moment. I’m all about dark eyes and they have these covered, but they also have a few great bold, bright colours available too. They are long lasting and also, not tested on animals which wins me over.
Music Lovers – £15+
You all know that I’m a lover of Vinyl Clocks. We own three and we’ve even mucked in and made a few ourselves on a trip down to their office, that has views that make me want to quit my day job and work there full time! In short, they can source pretty much ANY vinyl (album or single) that means something to you and turn it into a clock, without damaging the vinyl. They even spent 3 months helping me to source a certain, very rare vinyl for Mike and they found it, made it and he loved it! They have an extensive list on the site of vinyl’s they already have, but if they don’t have the one you’re after, just drop Tim a line; he has the best customer service I know!
Chocolate & Alcohol Lovers – £25.00
The lovely team over at Pothecary Gin have come up with a super combination of their amazing gin, and chocolate by Miss Witt. Who doesn’t like either of these things? I know it’s a little pricier than some go on Secret Santa but it needed a mention. The gin is already a favourite of mine, so when paired with these divine chocolates it just gets even better, but they’re limited edition so don’t hang around…you can get your set here.
Coffee Lovers – Under £5 a packet.
Lavazza, Italy’s favourite coffee, have launched their first ever instant coffee, Prontissimo!, with the pretence that living the fast lives we do doesn’t mean we have to compromise on flavour and quality. Prontissimo! is available in two varieties. Prontissimo! Medio, a medium roast which is sweet and round, with low acidity, while Prontissimo! Intenso is a dark roast coffee and is well balanced with notes of roast and caramel; having tried both I can safely say that they have certainly kept their word with quality and flavour!
What have you got your Secret Santa this year?
OMG a FFAF clock I neeed it!!
Took me three months to find the right vinyl for Mike! So worth it 🙂
