Four Club Nights and Summer Day Parties in London

If you’re looking for some fun summer filled vibes then you need to be checking out Queen of Hoxton and The Book Club for their banging plans for the next few weeks!

Just Juice Summer Sizzler Day and Night Party

Date: Saturday 15th July – 4pm-2am (Perfect if you didn’t get tickets to Love Box!)

Tickets: Free before 8pm –/£5 adv

Fresh from his set at Love Box festival, DJ Klose One will be heading straight to Queen of Hoxton to continue the party with a headline exclusive Dancehall and Bashment set in the basement. This is an unusual set for the ‘DJ’s DJ’, who’s mostly known for playing UK Bass music and is not one to be missed! Klose One mastered his art over years of pirate radio shows on infamous London stations such as Itch Fm and Y2K throughout the 00′s, the Swamp81/School records affiliate is one of the most technically gifted DJs on the circuit, a real genre-bender and his prime-time Rinse FM show always hit the mark- a mouthwatering prospect if we may say so ourselves.

Join us from 4pm on the rooftop for a free day of BBQ, games and Slushy cocktails as Queen of Hoxton’s new Bangarang Rooftop houses an afternoon of sunshine fun and booze in their Neverland Wonderland – swiftly followed by a club night of tropical party sounds and sunshine vibes. Upstairs we welcome long time Just Juice collaborators Meltout Crew to bring their usual blend of Hip-Hop, Garage, House and 90s classics to get your booty’s swaying and your feet moving.

Asher D will be on the mic, Swiss will be on the decks. Last year they were joined by Megaman too – this really went off!

Disco Shed at The Book Club

Date: Sat 19th August

Tickets: from £4 in adv/ free before 9pm

The Disco Shed Soundsystem is coming back to EC2 this April with a musical pioneer in the form of scratch king, DJ Mr Thing. Known popularly as Mr Thing, Marc Bowels is a founding member of Scratch Perverts, he is a world DMC champion with and without the Perverts and has long been regarded as one of the pioneers of the 90s UK hiphop sound!

This month, we are lucky to be welcoming not only one, but 2 headliners, the 2nd of which is Mighty Atom. Mighty Atom is one of a rare breed of DJs who can blow crowds away with technical skill, and at the same time destroy a dance floor with an innate understanding of what a good party needs. He creates shows that are dynamic and exciting, drawing in the best music from genres as diverse as Hip Hop, Funk, Soul, House, Jungle and Trap and re-imagining them into an hour long live remix. Joining them on the night will be Disco Shed resident all-stars headed up by Count Skylarkin and peepshow paddy but all bringing in a mix of musical flavours.
